    Hi everyone, and welcome to the first blog post of O Projeto Riza!

    If you’re here, you probably already know that Oprojetoriza is more than just a sanctuary—it’s a place of healing, love, and second chances. Since 2019, we’ve been rescuing farm animals and doing our best to give them the life they deserve. This project wouldn’t exist without the support of so many kind-hearted people, and we’re so grateful you’re here.

    Through this blog, we want to keep you updated on everything happening at the sanctuary—new rescues, fundraising events, and exciting projects we’re working on. One of them is our online shop, which will be launching soon! We can’t wait to share more about it.

Oprojetoriza is a community-driven sanctuary run by a dedicated group of volunteers. United by compassion, we work together to rescue, care for, and advocate for farmed animals in need. Our team is made up of people from different backgrounds, all sharing the same mission: to create a kinder world for all beings
